Competitive cheerleading is a sport that combines elements of gymnastic tumbling, dance, acrobatics and traditional cheerleading skills such as jumps and motions. Teams perform exciting, professionally choreographed 2½ minute routines set to each team’s very own custom made music. Cheerleading is one of the very few competitive Co-Ed sports, and is currently one of the fastest growing sports in the world. It is fantastic for building fitness, self-esteem, teamwork, and athletic ability in any person at any skill level. Athletes thrive in this family-like, all inclusive, team based environment.
We now offer recreational cheer classes each week which are focussed on FUN!
If you've ever attended one of our holiday clinics this class will follow similar format of learning the basics of stunting, dance choreography, learning jumps and developing correct technique. But we will also be mixing it up with fun activities and games to make this 45 minute class a great introduction to cheerleading but most importantly a way to have fun and make friends!

Cheer Sport teams allow athletes the chance to experience the excitement of competition teams, with reduced training hours, less competitions and a lower financial requirement.
Novice Cheer teams are for those athletes who are ready to make a bigger commitment to their training but are not yet ready for an cheer elite team. These teams compete at most of the same exciting competitions as our elite teams but have reduced training hours and a lower financial requirement.
Cheer Elite teams are for those athletes who have developed a strong passion and dedication for our sport and are wanting to work hard towards becoming the very best athlete they can be.
These teams require a very high level of commitment from both athletes and their families. Placement on an elite stream team is extremely selective.
