We definitely did not expect to be going online this year. Whilst it can be challenging, we’re so glad to hear that so many of you have been enjoying your time at home with your families. We’re so grateful to stay connected with you via our zoom classes and have been so impressed at the dedication we’ve seen. We are counting down the days until we’re all back in the gym. Zoom Classes 🤸♂️💻
We will be continuing with our zoom classes during August and would like to commend everyone for getting online and staying connected. Thanks for your patience as we work through technological glitches. So many athletes have been joining in on our extra classes. There are some extra special athletes who have attended every single Fitness and Stretch class! Wow!

🤹🏻♀️ Fun & Games: Also don't forget to join in to our Fun & Games zooms every Friday night at 6pm. A really nice way to get together with the fam and enjoy some fun times with Coach Kez.
Private Lessons via Zoom 👯♀️
We've had some requests for private one on one zoom lessons for athletes to practice tumble drills, perfect jumps or learn their end dance. We have coaches available at various times Monday to Saturday to provide weekly, one on one coaching on any area you would like to focus on. Privates will be $20 per 30min zoom class. Battle Comp - Cancelled 😢
Our first AASCF comp of the year has unfortunately been cancelled. This was for our Cheer Novice and Elite Teams. We have more comps coming up so we look forward to working towards them and remaining positive for some good news!
CheerBrandz Eutopia Comp - Rescheduled to Sat 25 - Sun 26 Sep 🌈
CheerBrandz Eutopia comp has been rescheduled to Sat 25 and Sun 26 Sept. Eutopia is a super exciting comp where our Cheer Sport, Adult and Dance Teams get to compete. We will update you if we receive any further changes from CheerBrandz.
AASCF State Comp - Rescheduled to Fri 8 - Sun 10 Oct🏅
AASCF State comp has been also been rescheduled to Fri 8, Sat 9 and Sun 10 Oct. This will be our first AASCF comp of the year which is held in Sydney Olympic Park. This is where our Cheer Elite, Cheer Novice and Dance Teams compete. We will keep you updated on any changes to AASCF Comps as soon as we have any updates.
AASCF Nationals Comp - Dates and Venue to be confirmed 🏆
We have received information from AASCF that Nationals will go ahead but will be held in each state as separate events. A survey has been emailed for our Nationals athletes to vote on either waiting to see if we can still attend in Melbourne or if we should just attend the event in Sydney. This comp is for our Cheer Elite, Cheer Novice, Adult and Dance Teams. There's one more day to get your votes in and then we'll email you tomorrow with an update. Please note that if we continue with the Melbourne option we will still be able to change to Sydney at a later date. However, if you haven't booked anything yet please don't make any bookings.
Winter Merch Orders 🛍
Thank you to everyone who placed orders for our Winter Merch. Unfortunately our supplier has been delayed due to lockdown, but we expect our order to arrive this week. We will let you know as soon as possible once we have processed your orders are they are ready for contactless collection from the gym. If you prefer to have your order mailed to you please send us an email and we can arrange that for you.
