We offer a range of classes to suit all ages and abilities, from ages 5, up to and including adult age classes. We have something to suit everyone, from Cheer, Dance, Tumbling, and Strength classes. Don't worry if you have never tried classes like Cheer before, our qualified and friendly coaches will guide you through a safe progression of each skill.
