EVENT: Global D + C Games in Hawaii

WHEN: Friday 19 - Monday 22 May 2023

We're so excited for our Hawaii teams to perform at Global Games!

It's almost time to fly off to Hawaii for Global Games! Here's the latest information on our Hawaii trip:  Info Packs are attached with more details for our athletes and family.




Wednesday 17 May 9am-12pm & Thursday 18 May 12pm-4pm

Merchandise stand at Shell Bar, Hilton Hawaiian Village.

Spectator tickets and wristbands can only be collected by a Shire Elite representative.

We will distribute them on Friday 19 May. 

Friday 19 May
9:30am - 10am
: Collect wristband & meet for Parade

Collect athlete wristbands from Megan Lyall or Liv Timpson
Meet at @ Coral Ballroom, Mid Pacific Conference Center, Hilton Hawaiian Village

10am: Opening Ceremonies, Parade of Nations, Cultural Exchange

Our athletes will be participating in the Opening Ceremonies and Parade of Nations. Athletes participating need to register by 10am by getting their athlete wristbands. Parade starts at 10:30am.

Athletes will wear their Hawaii t-shirts (available end of April)
Please note: Only parents & families with commuter passes can participate in the opening ceremony and parade. If you don't have a commuter pass please drop your child off with Megan & Liv. To purchase a commuter pass please email: to purchase spectator tickets for comp only click here

Saturday 20 May:

🌟 D+C Global Games competition Day 1 of 2 @ Hawaii Convention Centre

Comp times will be released once available. Please note we will meet a few hours before we compete to run through our routines for the last time before competing.

Sunday 21 May: 
🌟 D+C Global Games competition Day 2 of 2 @ Hawaii Convention Centre

Awards and Grand Champs announced.

OPTIONAL Celebration Luau & Dinner

Tickets include dinner and bus transport from Hilton village to the venue.
Cost: $159 USD per Adult and $129 USD per Child.

4:20 - 4:40pm Buses depart for Celebration Luau* from Hilton Hawaiian Village, Exact location TBC Attendees
5:30 - 8:30pm Celebration Luau - 91-119 Olai Street, Kapolei (Germaine’s)

8.30 - 10:00pm Buses depart for the Hilton Hotel

COSTS - Athletes
Training and Competition Fee: 
$1,950 per athlete.
This includes: Comp fee (includes comp entry, Parade of Nations, Open
ing and Closing ceremonies), Training sessions from Oct 2022 to May 2023, T-Shirt, Music, Choreography
Crossover athletes:
$150 additional fee per athlete


$390 Elite Uniform (For athletes who do not currently have the Cheer Elite uniform for Royalty)
$300-390 Adult Uniform (For athletes who do not currently have the Legacy uniform for Monarchy)


COSTS - Family members/Friends

Tickets are now available to purchase for Global Games competition in Hawaii. Families have the choice of purchasing comp-only Spectator tickets or the Spectator Competition package. Please see below for details.


Spectator tickets only

Spectator fee for entry to the competition on Sat 20 May and Sun 21 May is $35USD per day. 


Spectator package 

Commuter Spectator Fee $165USD. This includes discounted spectator tickets for both days of competition, exclusive ceremony tickets for the Parade of Nations, Opening, Cultural Exchanges & Closing Ceremony, booking fee, taxes, service charges & gratuities. Celebration Luau & Dinner is sold separately and not included in the packages.

You’re welcome to start looking into flights and accommodation. The competition will be held at the Hawaii Convention Centre so we recommend booking accommodation either the hotels available within the village or nearby. If you will be staying at another hotel please ensure that you factor in travel time and transfer costs.

All athletes must be over 18 years to travel alone and compete in Hawaii. All athletes under 18 years must travel with and stay with a chaperone who is over 24 years.


Please ensure you complete a visa with ESTA.For over 18yrs you will need proof of receiving 2x covid vaccinations with an International Covid Certificate.
