How do I book a party?

Booking is simple! Just contact us via email or give us a call to check availability and secure your preferred date. A deposit is required to confirm your booking, and the remaining balance is due on the day of the party.

Can we bring our own food and decorations?

Yes! You are welcome to bring your own food, cake, and decorations to personalize the party. We have a designated area for eating and celebrations, and our team can help with setup before the party begins.

Can siblings or extra guests join in the activities?

Yes, siblings and extra guests are welcome to join the fun, but they must be within the age range of 5 - 12yrs old and included in the total guest count. If they participate, the additional guest fee of $30 per child applies to ensure everyone has a great time and is fully supervised by our party hosts. For siblings or children under 5 years old, a waiver must be signed, and the child must be supervised at all times by a parent or guardian

How early should we arrive for the party?

You can arrive up to 30 minutes before the party start time to set up any food, decorations, or personal touches. Our party hosts will be there to assist with anything you need, ensuring everything is ready when your guests arrive!

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made up to two weeks before the party date will receive a full refund of the deposit. For cancellations within two weeks, the deposit is non-refundable, but we are happy to help you reschedule based on availability.
