FAQs
🏅 Will this be an extra team or their main team?
Yes — the team will attend selected Australian competitions that will maximise their chances of earning a bid to The Summit.
This Level 2 team will be your athlete’s main team for the 2026 season, however athletes are welcome to crossover to another team if suitable.
💰 What are the training fees and costs?
Training fees will be the same as our standard All Star team fees for 2026. A $2,500 deposit will also be required in February 2026 to secure your athlete’s spot.
🎟️ What is a “bid” and what happens if we don’t receive one?
The Summit is a bid-only event, meaning teams must earn one of the highest point scores at qualifying competitions to receive an invitation (“bid”). This team will compete at all of the same events as our All Star teams in 2026, plus additional bid events to maximise our chances of earning a Summit bid.
Once a bid is awarded, we’ll remove the additional events and continue with the regular All Star competition schedule. If the team does not receive a bid, overseas trip deposits will be refunded, however training, choreography, and event fees for the 2026 season will remain.
✈️ What if we can’t commit to the overseas trip?
The main purpose of this team is to provide our committed and talented athletes with an opportunity to compete at The Summit — one of the most prestigious cheer events in the world.
A deposit will be required in February 2026 to confirm placement.
🇦🇺 Will they still compete in Australian events?
