Your trial class details land in your inbox the moment you book. We'll also send a friendly reminder 24 hours before.
Comfortable activewear for your little one (leggings + t-shirt). Runners or bare feet on the floor — no shoes. A water bottle. Remember, you're on the mat too, so dress comfortably yourself.
Time to meet your coach, and your little one gets a chance to settle in.
