Your team's times
These are draft times. CheerBrandz hasn't finalised the running order yet, so times can still change before the day. Keep an eye on this page, and we'll let you know in your team's WhatsApp group if anything changes.
Find your team below. Meet time is when to have your athlete there; perform time is when they're on the mat. All meets and collects happen at the same meet spot. Meet spot TBC, we'll confirm it as soon as CheerBrandz confirms the hall.

How comp day runs
Your athlete is collected after they perform, then meets the team again for awards.
Getting there
CheerBrandz Nationals is at Sydney Showground, 1 Showground Rd, Sydney Olympic Park. Olympic Park station is just a couple of minutes' walk away if you're coming by train.

Meet time & location
Arriving on time is crucial so everything runs smoothly. Athletes meet their coaches, do a short warm-up, then head through to compete. Look for our coaches in Shire Elite merch, drop your athlete with their meet coach, and take a break until their performance.
Where to meet
Meet spot TBC. We're waiting on CheerBrandz to confirm which hall we're in at Sydney Showground. We'll update this page with the exact meet spot as soon as we know.
The Shire Elite Look
Comp day means full competition look. Uniform, hair, makeup, hairpiece, the lot — the same standard we follow every comp.
Preparing for comp day
- Right now: Mark your calendar with your comp day and times.
- A few days prior: Check your uniform, hairpiece, socks and shoes — this gives you time to deal with any issues
- The night before: Lay out your SE or black tracksuit, full uniform, hairpiece, socks and shoes and pack a water bottle.
- Set your wake up alarm.
- Eat a good breakfast, snacks and meals throughout the day.
- Set an alarm for when to leave (build in a buffer for traffic).
- Arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes early, ready to compete (hair, makeup, uniform done).
- Meet your coach at your team's meet time.
- After the routine, collect your athlete from the meet point — then bring them back there for awards, and collect again after awards.
For Spectators
Come cheer them on! A few things to know before you arrive.
Tickets
- Spectators need a ticket to watch. Tickets are on sale now through Humanitix.

Seating & photos
- Please don't save seats, and don't enter or exit during a performance. Wait until the team finishes.
- Take lots of photos (no flash during performances) and tag us @shireelitecheer / @shireelitecheerleading!
- Leave at home: glass, cans, scooters and bikes, flags bigger than 1m x 1m, confetti, and anything too big to fit under a seat. Prams are fine, just keep them out of the aisles.
- Can't make it? CheerBrandz live streams the event on Vidzing (paid), with 7 days to watch it back.
